Fiji Woman Shines a Light on Family Values and Morals

University student, Hally Qaqa, was named Miss Millenium Sinu in Fiji earlier this month.

The 23 year-old chose as her theme during the competition, "Strengthening family values and morals."

Miss Qaqa is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
