Latter-day Saint Prophet to Speak to Church Members Worldwide

Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and many others will soon gather worldwide, in person and via technology, for the faith's April 2014 General Conference.

This semi-annual event is held the first weekends in April and October. The conference consists of a series of two-hour sessions.

Listeners anticipate instruction as well as inspiration from Church leaders including President Thomas S. Monson, recognized by Church members as both the president and prophet of the Church.

Elder James J. Hamula, Area President for the Pacific Area stated, "We invite all people, whether Church member or not, to listen to modern-day prophets and apostles, who bear personal witness of Jesus Christ.  All will be edified and strengthened by doing so.”
