Opportunities Being Explored For Fijian Students to Study Internationally

Over the years, Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah has developed the concept that the world is its campus.

The university’s Associate International Vice-president, Jeffery Ringer, said "While it is competitive to enrol, the university would like to see more international students enter the university."

 
                             

Professor of Communications Steve Thomsen, the Director of International Media, said during the visit of Nemani Delaibatiko to the university, "We are looking at increasing enrollment and opportunities to share expertise and resources with the international community."

Thomsen went on to say, "We were examining exchange schemes where interns could go to Fiji and share their knowledge and skills and bring students from Fiji to BYU to learn more in their area of specialty.
