Faith, University and Community Groups Prepare to Pack 'Boxes of Love' in Christchurch

Volunteers support those affected by 15 March shootings

The Lady Khadija Charitable Trust is leading an effort to bring relief and support to families directly impacted by the 15 March attacks on two Christchurch mosques.

An outreach effort, called "Boxes of Love", will see volunteers assembling donated food and other groceries for families this week.

Joining the charity on this project are the Lincoln University Student Association, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Society of St. Vincent De Paul.

The boxes will be assembled on the Lincoln University campus on Friday 24 May with personal delivery to families expected in the following days.
